I wish there was a way to have a great butt without eating good but there isn’t. Yeah, it can be plumped and lifted but the fat will still be there. Diets aren’t the way to go because they are short lived. What happens when you have reached your goal? If you go back to eating the way you were, then you will surely put the fat back on.


You have to learn to change your eating behavior. That can be done with what is known as clean eating.  The top body builders and figure and bikini competitors are well aware of what this is. They have mastered eating clean and have the bodies to show for it. These are the same bodies you see in the latest fitness magazines. Their butts are the ones you are staring at in the magazine wishing yours could look like. Well, it can.

Eating Clean isn’t a diet rather it’s the way you live in relation to food. This includes what you eat and how many times a day you eat. Clean eating is a way of life that you can be successful at. You do not have to starve yourself or count endless calories. Rather, you integrate healthy foods into your daily life and watch the results.


When you eat clean you will be eating lean proteins and complex carbohydrates. This, along with eating 5-6 meals a day will help regulate your blood sugar levels. When this occurs you do not have the sudden food cravings or drop in energy level. Therefore, you will lose weight and be more alert throughout the day. As with any healthy diet you will see improvement in your skin, nails, and hair. The benefits are numerous.

Let’s not forget the main benefit that we are focused on today. That is the fat loss we will see from the glutes and thighs. Fat loss is never targeted to one area. You may lose in your arms or abs first but eventually your body will take from your glutes and or thighs. I’ve seen this over and over with fitness competitors. Sometimes the last place they lose is in their butts but when they do… Wow! Eating Clean works.


  • Lean Proteins: Chicken, Fish, Beans, Lean Beef, Eggs
  • Vegetables
  • Whole Grains
  • Fruits
  • Some Dairy: Skim milk, cottage cheese
  • Brown Rice
  • Sweet Potatoes
  • Nuts: Walnuts, Almonds
  • Oatmeal

When shedding fat go lighter on the whole grains, brown rice, and potatoes.



  • Processed Foods (foods in a box)
  • Refined Sugars
  • Junk Foods (chips, sodas, candy bars, fast food)
  • Saturated and Trans Fats



There is nothing difficult about eating clean.  It’s pretty straight forward. You may struggle the first two weeks with taking sugars out of your diet. That is normal. Once you start eating clean your blood sugar will level (remember from above). Those cravings will subside dramatically. Once your blood sugar is level and the cravings have subsided then its mind over matter. What I mean is that you may THINK you are hungry because in the past when you were watching TV you ate. Therefore, you have to reteach your brain. You do this by listening to your body and asking, “Am I really hungry?” You will be eating 5-6 times a day so chances are you will not be hungry.


I am very confident that if you eat clean you will lose fat off of your butt and other places as well.  Once that occurs I believe you will find how easy it is to continue eating clean the rest of your life. This doesn’t mean you will never eat another sweet again; rather, you may just limit yourself to once or twice a week.

I want to encourage you to give eating clean a try. You will be excited when your butt looks great enough to be in a magazine.
